RECOVERY & RESILIENCE COACH
Empowering clarity, healthier habits, and lasting change
About My Approach
I believe change starts with feeling heard. In my work, I create a space where you can talk openly about your relationship with alcohol — without judgment or pressure. Everyone's experience is different. Whether you're noticing the impact of drinking in your own life or trying to support someone else, I take an individualized approach that meets you where you are. Together, we explore patterns, triggers, and the role alcohol may be playing in your life. I also provide insight into how alcohol affects the brain and behavior. From there, we focus on practical, realistic steps toward change — at your pace, and on your terms. My goal is to support you in gaining clarity, building healthier habits, and moving toward a more balanced life.
